If you already know you want to have a session, then you don't need a reason. Your Heart (or intuitive knowing) has led you here, trust it, even if you don't know why or what to expect from the session.

Book with me via the calendar below. When finished, click on the link above (full session or short session) to make your payment.
Alternatively, if you can't find an hour in the calendar that works for you, you can email me (at danielshai@sunrayteaching.com or click button below that says "EMAIL DANIEL") and we'll find a time together. I normally work weekdays between 10:30am and 5pm, but I do take into account that some people can only do evenings, early mornings or weekends, due to either their work shcedule / life situation or time zone.

Both. You can schedule a single session or you can work with me regularly (weekly, bi-weekly [every other week], monthly). No commitment is required unless you specifically book the 5 or 10 session package (which you can pay in 2 installments).
I am your Self, talking to you about your Self, reminding you of what You've always known, mainly Your power & light. If you need help moving through something or growing to your next rung on the spiral, you've come to the right place.

- The basis of the Sun Ray work is knowing the timeless awareness that is the Self of everyOne. This is the "placeless place" that has never been touched and can never be threatened. - Re-moving stuckness: What does being in your true power& light mean in the current situation/s in your life. By guiding you to find that out, you find that where you thought you are stuck - movement begins again. You will find that you breathe better and that the way looks clear and open. You will quickly learn what it means to live from the Power and Love of the Self. You will learn the natural flow of Self, and the mind will take a backseat and become your lovely assistant.
- Through an inquiry of wisdom & love, we will release any emotions or limiting beliefs stuck in your system. I won't give you a way out of unpleasant emotions, but I will show you how to not be bothered by them or scared, and that you can feel them fully - which releases them. Also, we'll work on shifting beliefs or limiting perspectives, to open up the way forward.

Sessions are what you need them to be. VERY boradly speaking, there seem to be 2 reasons people book a session.
- One reason is to have what I call a "nonduality chat." That means they want to ask the questions and to get answers and clarity. This tends to do away with incorrect concepts or misunderstandings that were getting in the way, an

- One reason is to have what I call a "nonduality chat." That means they want to ask the questions and to get answers and clarity. This tends to do away with incorrect concepts or misunderstandings that were getting in the way, and, as a result, the light of Self shines through more brightly. This really takes them to the next level for them.
- The other reason, is to go through a guided (very simple) process & get deeper understanding from within regarding your situation, resulting in relief and ease and joy. I'll often use a specific type of inquiry that is suited to your specific situation, to lead you to see through the limiting story or difficult emotion/s or sensation. Everything is a part of You, and when welcomed in such a way -- things tend to transform. Limitations are let go of, as we come to see that you are The One holding them. Never underestimate Your true power to heal: you are THE SELF! This is for those willing to look within and BE with what is. Guidance from "without" really helps see things when you are too close to your own situation.
**Overall what I do is nonduality & empowerment. I'm blessed to be able to see where people are stuck. I work in a way that inegrates the divine with the human, for truly they are not two. THIS is divinity being human. And it's gorgeous when seen through this wholeness that denies nothing and includes all.
