What It Isn't
This isn't quite a Headless Way style of meditation, although the Headless Way is an excellent method for disidentifying as your body. I've done Headless Way (physical) workshops, which have proven very useful in this. You can search on YouTube "Daniel Shai Headless Way" to find my videos, and/or simply google "Headless Way" and dive into the resources.
What It Is
This meditation is an exploration, an investigation into the 'I'. Who is this 'I' that we always refer to? Is it the body? Is it bound by time and space?
We just might make startling discoveries - not in an intellectual way, but an experiential one.
The meditation is 22mins and 33 secs long, and offers a thorough investigation into our true Identity.

Tips
Do this meditation when your mind is rather clear. Declutter, take a few breaths, and simply contemplate along with my guidance. Be an investigator. Simply be curious.
