The simple answer is - yes. That said, it isn't necessarily the focus of every session. Many times it's the cherry on the cake, in the sense that we leave it for the end. Other times, it is the main event. It depends what a person needs and what will help them the most. 

DHMs are different from your usual meditations, so having experience with regular types of meditation may not be an advantage here. Knowledge of how to relax and be receptive (which does come with meditation practice) is what will help here, but it's best to throw out your conception of meditation when you do DHM. DHMs work best for those who can remain open & receptive, and who are naturally intuitive. As you practice them, you will learn to trust your intuition, and you will find it becomes sharper and sharper from one meditation to the next (you will become more psychic, most likely).

DHMs are extremely potent and powerful meditations, that allow you to get guidance and information straight from Spirit. You may feel either calm elation or exhaustion after such a meditation (usually the former, exhaustion happens when there's a lot of letting go and energy balancing that takes place). What's for sure is you will feel incredibly connected, and from this vantage point you will find it hard to perceive anything that you'd called problematic in your life as such. You will see it all through eyes of your true Divine perfection, and will therefore have total trust, as well as massive empowerment from bathing in the Source, as you move along your path. Even if you were a total mess before the meditation, you will most likely come out blissful or at least at peace. With consistency (and quickly!), this state of peace will reamin with you regularly, and you will cease being reactive. Your sense of worth will shift completely as well. 

Simply put, the more you practice it, the more you experience reversal of all falseness. See, lies create disease; not only physical, but mental. In fact, diseases start in the mental level first, before penetrating our emotional, then energetic body, and then our physical body. DHMs remove all of those misalignments, misconceptions, false beliefs, and especially false perception about yourself. This clears your mental and emotional levels, and yes, your physical reality begins to improve in amazing ways as well. You become healthy on all levels, and anothe way to say that is you become whole. I have witnessed countless miracles and healings with these meditations (emotional and physical). They fix your perception, and significantly expand it. You will know more of reality than you are currently aware of. Whatever your core issues is, the Divine will tackle them. For example,  those that are stuck in seeking will find they completely stop after even just one DHM. It becomes so clear the Guru is within, and always accessible. The authority wound (of seeing someone else as having more access to the Divine than yourself) is then healed entirely. Other such wounds we carry are healed similarly. Not only do they heal (or undo) the old that no longer serves and activate the new higher version of yourself, they attune you to your guidance so powerfully that any trace of indecisiveness or second guessing fades away. You will simply know what to do when, and it iwll feel aligned and good, for you will be in your true power.

The truth is that everyone who has experienced DHMs for 5 weeks in a row (without creating a huge gap between one session and the next, which sabotages the process) has signed up for more Divine Alignement Sessions. 5 are enough to see positive results, surely, yet you will simply want more - you will feel there is more. As I've said consistency is key. That's because Spirit will not give you more than you can handle in a single DHM, and therefore you need to allow Spirit time to work with you at your pace. Spirit will always choose the gentlest (least fear-incudcing) path, it's not trying to impress you, but work with you in the way that will be most beneficial for you uniquely. 

DHMs are a group of meditations that I alternate between depending on who's in front of me and what they need on a given day. They can only be done alone after a certain amount of practice. They are actually desgined, however, to be done together. It is a matter of "Where two or more are gathered in My Name...". They have much greater power when we meditate together, and most people find they can go much much deeper this way. Since DHMs are totally unpredictable, they are never the same - unlike a YouTube meditation or any meditation you can purchase. DHMs have to be done live. They are weekly living communications (and activations) with the Divine. Also, a DHM guide must be prepared for such a role.

It depends on what the person needs. DHMs aren't necessarily the focus of every session. There are several other tools in the Sun Ray Teaching. Also, there is always room for discussion at the beginning of every session, and room at the end of the session to discuss the Divine experience the client has just moved through if a DHM was conducted, ensuring the key takeaways don't get left behind. Divine Harmonizations are'nt always "the main event" of the session. 

It's important to note that the effect of these meditations reaches far beyond what people are consciously aware of. That is to say the Divine works on all levels on the meditator - including the physical and the subconscious.
