ABOUT PACKAGES: A CUSTOM TAILORED PROGRAM
With package sessions you are entering a custom-tailored program suited to take you to your next level of consciousness. Sessions can be weekly or every other week. It's advised to leave 1.5 hours open for each meeting, as some issues reach the brink of clarity around the hour mark, and using the momentum of the session is more powerful than leaving the issue aside for the next time. Note that packages refer not to the number of sessions, but hours (not each session is 1 hour, some 1.5).

CHOOSING A PACKAGE
You are welcome to book a single session and see if you are interested in a package. It is important that our together work is aligned and blessed.
Why Package?
While a single session can bring heaps of clarity, more time together enables deeper resolution and touches on more areas of life. It grounds greater authenticity in lived experience, aligning body, mind and spirit, as well as inner and outer.
Session packages offer structure and a path through from old ways of being to embodied liberation. If relevant, there may be tools and exercises that deepen insight for practice in between sessions.
My approach is very flexible. I meet you in the way that is most beneficial for your present needs on the path.
